Changes and returns of purchases made at kunastores.com/chile

It is the Company's priority to offer excellent quality products and a high level of service. Therefore, the Customer has the power to request an exchange if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

However, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any of these requests depending on the particularities of the case subject to evaluation, so it will keep in mind that the product has not deteriorated due to a fact attributable to the client, otherwise it will not the respective change will proceed.

For the purposes of this policy, change is understood as a request made by the client, whose objective is to change a product for another of the brand.

Changes of garments may be accepted if there are:

  • Quality Problems (company's responsibility): They include loss of color, bleeding, broken seams, excessive pilling, etc.
  • Other Problems (outside the company): These are involuntary errors by the customer when choosing the type of garment, for example with regard to size, color or model.
  • The client will have a period of 10 business days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to present his request for change. This will be viable as long as it is ensured that the product:
  • Submit bill of sale in Physical.
  • To have been acquired through the KUNA E-Commerce platform.
  • It has the original packaging and labels.
  • Show no signs of use or damage.

Any change can be made at any of our KUNA stores within Chile.

The Client, who has made his purchase in the province, must necessarily return the product(s) in perfect condition via Courier to the address in Santiago, Av. Nueva Costanera 3809, Vitacura, Santiago. Said shipment will be at the customer's expense.

It is established that the Company will not make any cash payment for balances in favor of the Client, the changes correspond to an amount equal to or greater than the purchase.
